To begin the robbery, enter the building and go upstairs to the second floor. Then head to the server room which is located on the north side of the office, with a yellow door.
Get to the checkpoint and type /robbery to begin. Stand still for few seconds until you grab the hard drive.
After that, get out of the building and deliver the hard drive to the hideout.
Once you have reached the hideout, the robbery will be complete. There's a small chance you manage to rob an USB dongle for the casino heist.
Arriving at the hideout without cops near you will decrease your wanted level.
