Benny's Workshop is a robbable custom shop located in Strawberry. You must steal a vehicle that spawns as soon as you start the robbery and deliver it to the hideout. This location is displayed on the map with an orange target car icon: 
Go inside the garage, get in the office and type /robbery to begin.
There will be multiple spots around the garage, you will have to go through them and try your luck for the correct key. Once you've found it, get in the car and escape to the hideout!
Once you arrive at the hideout, there will be a very small chance you get to keep the vehicle you stole. If not, there's still a monetary reward.
